M. Noe is a filmmaker residing in Myanmar. His previous short films have been selected at film festivals in USA, China, India, Mexico, Germany, South Africa, Poland, Slovenia, Serbia. He was also a participant at 2019 Tokyo International Film Festival's Japan Foundation Asia Center Cultural Exchange Program.
